Refund & Return Policy

At Lil' Pumpkin, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it! If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

✅ Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ Tags and packaging must be intact
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❗ We do not accept returns on discounted or clearance items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem!

  • Just email us at lilcrew@lilpumpkin.co.in within 7 days of delivery

  • We'll guide you through the exchange process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

How to Return

  1. Email us at lilcrew@lilpumpkin.co.in/DM us @lilpumpkin.kids/DM in Whatsapp with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions

  3. Ship the product securely (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Products worn or washed

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Products with tags removed or missing

Received a Damaged/Wrong Item?

Oops! We’re so sorry. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll make it right ASAP.
